We are seeking a VP of Growth & Commercial Strategy to lead all market capture, revenue acquisition, and distribution channels. This commercial leader will own the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy, seamlessly bridging high-ticket B2B enterprise business development with repeatable, data-driven market expansion.

Role Description

The VP of Growth & Commercial Strategy is a full-time remote role responsible for defining and executing TRULT's go-to-market, revenue, and partnership strategies. This role leads the development of commercial frameworks that align with the project's deterministic architecture, including market segmentation, pricing, and long-term growth models. The VP will oversee sales pipelines, manage key commercial relationships, and guide business development initiatives that secure strategic partnerships and entry into priority markets.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including building pipelines, negotiating agreements, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strategic Planning and Marketing skills, including market analysis, positioning, go-to-market design, and growth strategy development.
  • Team Leadership skills, including leading cross-functional teams, developing talent, and creating accountable, performance-oriented structures.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with comfort using data, experimentation, and modeling to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Proven track record and equivalent real-world experience in B2B business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise growth engineering, or related commercial execution field.
